Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items in an order. Shipping cost are calculated when you place your order and are based on the information you have provided.
The cost to ship a package is dependent on a variety of factors such as the weight of the package including the box, the size of the box, the requested shipping service and distance to the destination address. Additional charges may be applied after shipment due to incorrect addresses, service chosen is no longer available, or other factors out of our control. Customer may or may not be notified of additional shipping charges.
A handling charge will be applied to international packages. We do not charge any handling fees on domestically destined packages (US or APO/FPO addresses).
Shipping Methods
You will be provided with several shipping transit times and shipping provider options upon checkout.
We are unable to control delivery times, but make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, all transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While certain shippers may offer a refund on shipments that do not arrive by the expected or estimated arrival date, we do not.
For your protection, we track all orders and we insure larger orders. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, contact us and the shipping service immediately. You should also notify us and the shipper immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, take a picture, if possible and save all packaging materials. Your failure to act immediately may cause you to forfeit any rights to reimbursement or replacement.
Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 30 days.

Treasure Book Creations ships to the United States, U.S. Territories, Military P.O. Addresses, Canada, and other select international destinations including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (Any State). Processing Times
It can take between 3 and 5 business days from the time your order is received to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We make every effort to process order within 48 business hours.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number.
Order Cancellations and Return Policy
100% Money Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any products you receive, you may return them, unopened, undamaged, within 10 days of the day we shipped them. We will cheerfully refund your purchase price. You should inspect the contents of your order when it is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to utilize our refund policy, if needed. Treasure Book Creations will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 10 days has expired.
To qualify for the refund, you must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service center, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of the original shipment, be unopened, unused, and undamaged. Repackage products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit.
Products that has been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for refund and will be discarded. We will not replace or return opened, used or damaged goods sent to us. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 10 day period, be sure to contact our customer service department to make special arrangements.
For our customers' satisfaction, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped from Treasure Book Creations. However, manufacturer defects do occur and we ask that you contact us immediately. We will then assist you in contacting the manufacturer for a replacement product.
To be able to offer our customers the best prices, we ask that you be certain of your order prior to placing it. Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse deliver but note some shipping companies charge a return deliver fee which will be deducted from the refund of your purchase price.
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of books or opened software. We do not refund any downloadable products.

Backorders/Out of Stock Items
It is our policy not to allow backorders. If for some reason an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order or in store credit issued if purchased using a Treasure Certificate.
