Conditions of Use

Projects and instructions offered for use to consumers are copyrighted by the artist and licensed for use and distribution by  Temporary InVanity™, Inc. and Treasure Book Creations and may not be reproduced for use without prior permission.  Any and all purchases through our website grants you certain limited rights under this policy.     

Treasure Book Creations extends an Angel Policy to all consumers who wish to sell or distribute their completed TBC projects at local craft shows, community fundraisers, seasonal boutiques or bazaars that are temporary in nature, online auctions*, in our online cottage boutique, at local stores and kiosks. Materials used for TBC projects for personal use or to be sold must have been purchased through our online store, a Treasure Book Guru™ or a TBC affiliate store in the form of a kit.  TBC licensed projects crafted by consumers and for sale must state somewhere on the item or packaging “A Treasure Book Creations Design - All rights reserved.” and must include our web address www.treasurebookcreations.com.  *In addition to this being placed on the packaging, online auctions must also state in the description “A Treasure Book Creations Design - All rights reserved.” and include a link to our website.  Consumers recreating Treasure Book Creations licensed designs must adhere to all federal, state and local laws governing the manufacturing and sale of products to the public.   

Only Treasure Book Gurus in good standing are permitted to teach a TBC project, workshop or class.  Treasure Book Creations does offer instructor outlines for all TBC projects for classroom or workshop use.  If you are interested in teaching our classes, you may contact us at teach@treasurebookcreations.com. 

We take our commitment to our designers seriously.  Please be respectful and considerate of their creations by adhering to these guidelines. Failure to do so will be viewed as a hostile attempt at infringement and we will persecute to the full extent of the law.  Treasure Book Creations is forming a network alliance to help protect artist’s rights. *Additional restrictions may apply on TBC projects that incorporate the use of products by other manufacturers.  It is your responsibility to research any restrictions that may pertain to your use of each manufacturer’s products.  Our policies, expressed or implied, do not override the policies of other manufacturers.
