What is the PCNA?

The Paper Crafting Network Alliance™ is an ever growing network of paper crafting professionals, design artists and students.

We believe

• In the right of all artists to protect their works
• In the economical support of artists
• In respecting the rights of other artist
• Copying or reproducing an artist’s work without permission even for personal use is infringement not flattery
• Copying or reproducing an artist's work without permission is detrimental to the artist’s well being

We carry out what we believe

• By not copying or reproducing works by another artist without permission
• By adhering to the guidelines within the licensing or other policies associated with their works of art and international and domestic copyright  laws.
• By not sharing freely with others copyrighted materials, patented techniques, and methods that would otherwise benefit the creating artist economically.
• By offering a fair price for use of or purchase of art pieces

The TBC Paper Crafting Network Alliance, supports the efforts of all artists to profit from their created works. This includes artists who by permission reproduce our designs.  In which case, we extend our Angel Policy.
